Privacy Policy
VibeScreen ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital signage platform that lets organizations manage displays, media, and playlists from a web dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and organization details you provide when you register.
- Content you upload: images and videos added to your media library, and the playlists and schedules you create from them.
- Display and usage data: pairing codes, display names, online/offline status, and heartbeat telemetry sent by paired displays so we can show you accurate status information.
- Billing information: our payment provider, Paddle, collects and processes your payment details on our behalf — see "Payments" below. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support communications: messages you send through our contact form or support channels.
We do not collect more personal data than we need to operate the product, and we never sell your data.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve VibeScreen: authenticating your account, displaying your content on your paired screens, showing usage and billing information, responding to support requests, and maintaining the security and reliability of the service.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle collects your payment details directly and handles billing, invoicing, and payment-related support. VibeScreen never receives or stores your card number. Cookies
VibeScreen's marketing site and dashboard use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage — for example, to remember your session or your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service — for example, hosting and storage providers, and Paddle for payment processing — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we hold your data for a 30-day grace period — in case the deletion was a mistake — and permanently remove it afterward, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
VibeScreen is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
