Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeScreen, a digital signage platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by users you invite to your organization.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the media, playlists, and other content you upload to VibeScreen ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, showing it on your paired displays. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and for making sure it complies with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to use it in a way that violates the rights of others.

4. Plans, subscriptions and billing

The Free plan gives you 14 days of access from signup. When that period ends, playback on your paired displays is paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page, and are not time-limited.

Payment processing. Paid plans are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Your order is subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms, and Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and payment-related customer support.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we or Paddle otherwise state at the time of purchase. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Service availability

We work to keep VibeScreen reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or restrict access to perform maintenance, address security issues, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period before data is permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeScreen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
